RE: homeowner's exemption

Hello.  I just received a letter dated June 21, 2011 and labelled as
"Notification of Supplemental Assessment".

It does not show an amount under Homeowner Exemption.

Does that mean that we need to apply and send an application for the
homeowner's exemption for this year as well?
