Dear Robert, Thank you for contacting the USPS Internet Customer Care Center in regards to getting your sign in information. I understand your concern about being unable to sign into your account. I do apologize I was unable to locate an account with your email address. For me to further assist you please reply back to me with the e-mail address associated with your account and username. If you have not logged into your account for an extended period of six (6) months the account is purged from our system. You will need to register with USPS.com as a new user. Please follow the steps below if you need to setup a new account: 1. Navigate to the USPS web-page by typing: www.usps.com in the address line of your browser 2. Select the Sign In link at the top right-hand side of the page. 3. Press the Sign Up button under the New User side of the Sign In Page 4. On the New User Sign Up page, create a 6 digit Username followed by an 8 digit Password. These fields are case sensitive, so it is important to remember how you entered the information. Please do not use any special characters, punctuation or spaces in either the user name or password. If the username that you are attempting to use is already in use then you will have to select either a different variation of the username, or a different username all together. 5. Enter a Password Hint that can be used to help you if you forget your password 6. Decide if you are creating a Personnel account or Business Account 7. You will now begin to fill out your account profile. This information will be used to assist you as you make purchases or create labels within usps.com Once this information has been entered, you are now ready to sign in. Feel free to make purchases in our Postal Store, and create labels with our online Click-N-Ship service. Please reply back to me with the information then I can assist you on getting this corrected. Thank you, Luis L USPS Internet Customer Care Center http://www.esecurecare.net/~uspstechsupport We've moved! Effective immediately, our new technical support email address is uspstechsupport@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please update your address book. | |
