I set up a phone number to receive faxes at.  The number is 953-128-8134 .

It will go to my email for now, but I'll eventually create a recipe that
will forward the received faxes to your email.

At least, this solves one half of our problem: receiving the faxes.  Since
we don't have a scanner, filling out a form by hand will still involve
going to Fedex Office/Kinkos to send back the form, unfortunately.
