I will be changing the regular Monday morning meetups to have an agenda. Each meetup will also have a subject focus so that there can be progress in people's job search.
Because I am unable to attend the entire meetings, I will be appointing people to run the meetings.
This change is being made because I'm afraid that the group isn't goal-driven enough and that people can tune their job-search strategy more finely with more structure.
