Are you sure that the internet is working at all?  E.g., does google.com
work?

Does the wireless work after the Windows Easy Transfer?  I don't know if
the wireless info is transferred.

I'm surprised that the naunce VPN doesn't work.  mamix's IT dudes may have
to send you the certificate -- hard to say what's wrong.
