Interesting.  I would doubt that most people even have this speed -- at
least, upload speed.

Well, Java _is_ slow, but that's probably not the source of the problem.

In fact, unless you plan to upload files through RDP or through your VPN
regularly, internet speed shouldn't matter at all.
