OK.  It would be preferable to get the software installed early on the
laptop in case there are any probs.

Oh, and you need to make sure you lie if you talk with technical support.
If they have you bring up the computer properties, you need to tell them
that the laptop has 6GB of memory, 140GB of disk space, and has an i5
Intel Processor.

Hopefully, you'll never have to talk with technical support, 'tho...
