Premiums + FSA will be $746.19 per month.  So, around $9000/year for
medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Because we general spend less than the deductibles (they are sky-high),
there is very little difference between this PPO and the so-called Health
Savings Account.  The main difference is that routine preventive
procedures cost more under HSA.  We should definitely see if your work's
coverage is any better than farmerinthedell's next year.
