Perfect.

In most of these cases, it's just some injected JavaScript that's
bringing up the bogus pop-up and it means nothing -- except it's trying to
phish you into clicking on a link or calling a phone number.  Firefox is
good about not letting the computer get infected -- unless, of course, you
do call a phone number, click on a link, or uninstall something through
the Control Panel.

Exiting out of Firefox should be the first course of action.  And, when
bringing Firefox back up, you should not restore the session, otherwise
you'll get the pop-up again.
