The biggest problem is the cost in fixing things, not in the loss of money
in the accounts.  Hiring lawyers and so on can get very expensive, not to
mention the price of psychological pain due to your loss of identity.

On the positive side, you only have a 1 in 143,000,000 chance of being
targetted...
