Here's what I sent.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear FCC,
I love my Sonic.NET , my DSL provider. I started with them early since
they were the only ones to offer a dial-up modem back-up for DSL, were
technical enough to support me when I had problems, and offered a static
IP address, something that's generally unavailable for fiber cable.
And I love my copper wire and that I can have plain old telephone service
on the same wire as my DSL.
I would hate to see this all go because of a stupid bureaucratic decision,
such as preventing second party competitors from using these wires. I
sorely want to keep my DSL service and my telephone provider, Sonic.NET.
Please let me keep my copper wire with my competitive provider!
