However, I will wait until I can contact them about the escalation before that. (I really would just prefer that they replace the phone with the original Samsung Galaxy S4 that we had.) BTW, I was able to log into their web site: https://onlineportal-us.brightstar.com/credomobile/mma/mydevices after it not working for the last 3 days. (If I had been able to log in, I would've been able to see that they were going to replace our phone with the shitty Samsung Galaxy S8.)
