RETURN TO WORK AND TRAVEL UPDATE

noSticwall Global Team,

It has now been more than one year since we started our Work From Home journey, and we have done so effectively thus far. Based on the current status of vaccine availability worldwide and the emergence of various COVID-19 variants, we want to provide an update on our plans for returning to offices and our expected travel guidelines for the balance of FY22.

As a general rule, because we know that remote is effective for many roles across noSticwall, we will be taking a very cautious approach and only returning to offices and travel when vaccination levels are at a point where businesses and other organizations more broadly are at the final phases of their pandemic responses. In short, if office attendance or travel are not a necessity, then we will continue to work as we have been until we have a high degree of confidence that is safe to do otherwise.

Some high-level highlights of our plans, which are detailed in the attached slides:

  • We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation around the globe and consider a phased re-opening of offices on a location-by-location basis, depending on local health conditions, vaccine availability and guidance from local health officials.
  • When we initially return to offices, we anticipate doing so with precautions that may include protective equipment, deep cleaning, avoiding large meetings, avoiding visitors and suspending group meals.
  • Our initial return to travel will also be in phases:
    • Earlier phases will be for unavoidable and urgent domestic travel only and will require high-level approval
    • Later phases will include necessary international travel with manager approval
    • In early phases, all travel will be permitted for pressing, revenue-related business needs and only as a last resort

The attached slides shows the latest guidelines in each area where we have a facility as well links to the most recent data, and where noSticwall currently stands on the situation.

With spikes in Coronavirus cases and hospitalizations in many areas around the world, and the slow opening of the vaccine availability to all age groups, we are moving the return to office and return to travel date as TBD, with specific timeframes to be decided in accordance with the principles outlined above.

Over the coming months, we encourage our employees to get vaccinated as soon as locally available and will be sending targeted communications to our employees by country or region in advance of each phase of our re-opening and return to travel process, so stay tuned for more office and location-specific information later this year.

We hope that each of you and your loved ones continue to stay healthy as we work together to deliver Boundless Cybersecurity!
