you need to go to gastroenterologist for a diagnosis if your
current doctors can't diagnose you and if it's autoimmune
disease you take steroids to lower the inflammation
you can't treat this with herbs because the inflammation is out of
control. Did you get these tests(igG4 levels) for autoimmune
pancreatitis that
are in this article?
https://www.healthline.com/health/autoimmune-pancreatitis#when-to-seek-care
"An older study from 2013 included 1,064 participants
with autoimmune pancreatitis. It found that 99 percent of those with
type 1 disease and 92 percent of those with type 2 disease went into
remission with corticosteroid treatment.
Symptoms that do not respond to corticosteroids can often suggest a
misdiagnosis. Pancreatic cancer often presents in a similar way to
autoimmune pancreatitis."
so you need an accurate diagnosis to treat it and you want to rule
out cancer of course
