I looked at Amtrak website. If you look there is a small picture of 
a train or a bus with each part of the trip.(and the 
term "coach"= bus)

 so on 6/23 the Goleta train goes to SLO and you get off and take a 
bus which takes you to where-I-live

on 6/24
11:05 where-I-live train leaves
at 1:04 it gets to Martinez where you get off and take a bus to 
Healdsburg 

are you thinking of flying from SB to San Francisco? Then rent a car 
there to drive up to Healdsburg? You would just have to drive 101 
North which you have done before.
