Hi Robert,
Thank you for your patience while I got back to you. I've pinged our
Internal Operations Manager to get your battery swap on the calendar this
week (if not next). The flickering lights wouldn't be a result of the
battery installation but are more related to this cold rainy weather we've
been having.
