  1. The tire was not fixed.  I was told that the tire was "patched".  But, the next day (Christmas Day), it had lost a lot of air.  We couldn't get air for it because of the holiday.
  2. I had to go into the office several times to figure out what was done to the tire.  I had gone in there, and thought I was going to get an answer.  It took 15 minutes of waiting and re-entering the office to find the answer.
  3. It was nice that the tire was patched for free.  Unfortunately, it was neither fixed nor did I receive any paperwork
