    I would try sending your message as the "Sonic Noelle" role and see if that work. Try a test message first to make sure that doesn't bounce before resending your original message.

      You will probably need to change your role prior while replying in order for this to work, but you'll need to know ahead of time whether you'll be sending a message to a gmail.com account or not.

        I don't think this is how this scam works. They seem to be using Advanced Financial Help as conduit/vector to the real scam, based on the ticket number. Note that in the below link, they all use the same trouble ticket number, and ours was the same.
