Pharmacy Vendor Transition for Cigna Medical Plan Members
We have completed the transition to Express Scripts through the Cigna medical plan. To assist you with this transition, we are sharing some information
which may be helpful.
·
You will need to provide your pharmacy with your Cigna medical information. Pharmacies generally
ask for your ID number, group number, Rx BIN and PCN. Your ID number and group number are on the front of your ID card. The Rx BIN and PCN can be found on the front of your ID card.
Refer to the sample Cigna ID card below to see where this information will be located on your personalized ID card.

·
You can view an electronic ID card via the myCigna app or
online
portal.
You have the option to request a physical ID card if you prefer by logging in to your myCigna account or by calling Cigna customer service.
·
The Cigna Member Choice Voluntary Program allows you to determine if you want CVS or Walgreens as your anchor pharmacy. All members were defaulted
to CVS. If you prefer to utilize Walgreens pharmacies, you can change your preference by logging in to your myCigna account.
Step-by-step instructions are attached.
*You may only change your anchor pharmacy once per year.
