Unfortunately, I cannot remember the radio program I was listening to or
Youtube video I was watching which was discussing housing prices, but they
kept talking about developers not having an incentive.  I came upon the
above link while doing some searches on the subject.  Clearly, what Ken
(of Ken and Diane) said about housing is right: we need to do everything
at all once to deal with the housing cost crisis.  Even doing one thing
would be better than what Ca is doing, which is nul, zero, zilch.
