The payees tab does allow you change info about a particular payee, but it
does not include a way to edit the dates of each recurring payment for
that payee nor the dollar amounts on each of those dates.
Have you been able to find a way to change the amounts or dates of
recurring payments for a particular payee without needing to scroll
through the calendar for each payment recurrence for a particular payee?
