I think I've learned to be very patient with Claude.  It tries
implementing an optimization / performance improvement, I tell it that
it's not faster, paste in some logs, and then it suggests something else.
This has been going on for two weeks.

But, it is interesting how much I'm offloading "thinking" to Claude.  I
had a feeling that I would do this, but never realized just how much.
Almost all of its suggestions, I could've done but just didn't look
carefully at the code to make my own optimizations because I knew Claude
was there.

especially relevant.  It's just easy to become dependent upon this stuff,
like a very strong drug.  ð
