Biden college funding relief policies

There is a strong argument for not giving free money to people when
college costs were through the roof.

And, I don't think everybody needs to go to college.  (Do I sound like
Peter Thiel now?)  The problem is that, with the degradation of labor
unions, making a living with a non-white collar job becomes very
difficult.  It seems like this is the problem that should be fixed, not
shoving everybody into a college track.
