We're basically two hippies living in for the last 5 years, but we're moving back to Ca. (OK, we listen to punk rock rather than the Dead, but you get the idea. :-)
Features of the place:
* Extremely quiet neighborhood (good for peaceful contemplation)
* 1 sun-filled master bedroom with skylights and 1 not-so-sunny bedroom
* Lots of public transit access (buses are close by and T is 10 minute walk)
* 850 square feet plus attic and basement space (for those DIY projects)
* Hardwood floors in the living room (when your back needs yoga)
* Groovy flower-filled garden surrounded by a fence (no, we don't have those plants!)
* Brick patio for kicking back at night
* Park across the street (great for frisbee cravings)
* Storage for storing the ever-important bicycle
* 2 unused off-street parking spots (who needs them damn cars anyway!)
It's a pretty nifty place, very nice neighbors.
