Message: EVERY TIME I SAVE MY RETURN IN TAXCUT DELUXE 2004, THE
        FILE IS INCOMPLETE AND DOES NOT CONTAIN ALL THE INFORMATION I
        ENTERED.  THUS, SAVE DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.  FOR EXAMPLE, I
        NOTICED THAT THE RESULTING .T04 FILE IS FAR SMALLER THAN MY .T03
        OR .T02 FILES.    COULD I PLEASE GET A REFUND OF MY PURCHASE?  I
        WOULD RATHER BUY A FUNCTIONAL PRODUCT SUCH AS TURBOTAX RATHER
        THAN USE SUCH A BUGGY AND DEFECTIVE PIECE OF SOFTWARE AS TAXCUT
