Is it easy to set up a non-family conference call-in?  Would you want to do this?

Yeah, cool.  For my part, the location would fit into my requirements (<= 2 mi of a Caltrain station).  Maybe Noelle and I will have time to check 'em out within the next few weeks.

We would technically be second time homeowners, I suppose.

For the time being, forget about it.  It's a minor out-of-pocket expense right now.
