BTW, you should make sure you're getting the latest updates via Windows
Update.
Some updates will (surprisingly) speed up your computer. The latest
Outlook 2007 is faster ('tho only slightly noticeable) with its latest
update. And I definitely know that a few Windows Vista updates ago,
things became faster.
You should also make sure you have the latest BIOS for your computer. (As
always, be careful when you update your BIOS since it can break your
computer.)
