what to tell the Alliance Credit Union



You should tell them:

 1) You are able to log into your new account ("noellebusiness"), but not
    your old account ("noelleg").
 2) When logging into your old account, it asks for answers to the
    security questions for your new account and it never works.

When you call them, you should stay on the phone until you are able to
successfully log in.
