Well, I already have an ideal job description; and, by design, it starts
degrading after 1 year of employment.  (Actually, it degrades almost
instantly once I understand the workplace more, but definitely after 1
year.)

So, it's likely that I'll start looking for another job after 1 year,
anyway.

(BTW, farmerinthedell uses the SMART technique.  I guess I don't weigh importance of
each aspect.  That's probably something I should do.  I'll add that to my
todo list.)
