In any case, we can try to fix it for the new laptop. Is it Cisco VPN? If so, then we'll want to copy the pcf file. It already came installed with the VPN, right? How do the IT guys get into your computer? Does it need to be on the VPN for them? If not, do you use another service to log into to get them to log on?
