I sent them an email from your account asking for a new link to a new download of the book you bought. If they don't reply, you should call them on the phone -- the phone number is in the original email they sent when fulfilling your order. If that doesn't work, you need to call them to cancel your order. Then, you can either re-order it or buy the hardcopy. If you cannot reach them in any way, I would call your credit card company to get a refund on your purchase. At that point, you can re-order it.
