Yeah.  And, I think you'd be able to do most things via fax/electronic
means.  But, you'll have be in contact with the healthcare power of
attorney, who, I suspect, will need to reside locally here on the west
coast.

We'll need to talk with the estate planner guy, but I suspect that we'll
need to specify a secondary durable power of attorney.
