    Since I logged you into my Vimeo account, you should be able to start watching it, pause it, save to Watch Later, and then we can watch it on Roku. You should probably do this just before we want to watch it in case it has a 24-hour rental period.

  Seems like having just 15 contact tracers for every 100,000 people just isn't enough. Seems like you'd want at least 100 for every 100,000 people. Then, you wouldn't need apps.
