I called Sonic.NET tech support @ 855-394-0100. They said for me to make the call and then call back after one hour. For the test, I just made the call to 650-242-4929 and entered a random 10-digit number followed by # (number sign), and, predictably, it dropped most of the keypad touchtone digits. (This is eminently reproducible.) My guess is that this is a software bug in the modem since it only fails after calling the same number twice (650-242-4929, in this case). > From: http://www.sontec.sontrak.net/~support > Date: Mon, 26 Jun 2023 16:02:20 -0700 > > Greetings! > > Unfortunately we do need more fresh call examples to better review this > situation, this might be better addressed over the phone with us as we will be > able to provide a more timelier response, however if you wish to continue over > email then we ask that you make a few test calls to numbers with phone trees or > numbers you have been experiencing issues with, these calls will take roughly > 20 minutes to appear on our servers.
