  Please close this ticket. I found that if I configured the port for 587 instead of 25, it would use STARTTLS for the SMTP protocol instead, and that seems to be allowed. Thanks.

    It appears that the fiber box firmware upgrade was successful. I am able to dial into 650-242-4929 and use the keys to enter a number and have it repeat the numbers back to me correctly. Also, the internet seems to be working fine. Thanks.
